As a Registered Dietitian specialising in eating disorders and disordered eating, I'm passionate about helping people untangle the challenges that food and eating can bring. Recovery isn't always straightforward, but you don't have to figure it all out on your own.
My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where we can work together towards a more peaceful and flexible relationship with food. I bring compassion, honesty and encouragement to every session, helping you move forward with your recovery at a pace that feels right for you.
